Suzie QI trained with Rachelle 3 times a week to get into shape physically and mentally for summer 2010. It was challenging but Rachelle supported me all the way and our program was a balance of cardio, weights, yoga stretches and meditation when i needed it most. Emma F2009 RM Health Client of the YearI have always worked out since I was in high school in some shape or form, but after having my third child and moving house I was feel very unmotivated and finding it difficult to get back into it. I ate badly and just couldn't get going. 2009 was my year to get back into shape as my little one was now turning 1 and I wasn't able to keep up with my other 2 very energetic boys and my expanding wardrobe. I really loved the way Rachelle helps her clients (as I had trained with her prior to my third child) and knew personal training would be a great start - just what I needed. So i started of with one session per week, which gradually increased to two. I can say after that first session, I knew how unfit I was but Rachelle gave me the motivation to increase walking, eat better and increase my exercise weekly. So after a few months I was ready to transform my eating habits and received some great nutritional tips. I also joined a boot camp and was well on the way to achieving a better mind and body. I have now lost 18 to 20 kilos over the space of a year and am feeling 10 years younger and wearing some beautiful clothes again. Rachelle was my constant and kept me motivated throughout the year. Rachelle has been highly motivational and has been easy going, as we have trained with my little one also in the mix, which can always be a little trying - but we got there. Each day is now easier to get through, especially energy wise and I know how proud my husband (who is now training with Rachelle also) is of me. Thanks again Rachelle, you truly are a great motivator and keep moving the goal posts, so each week I feel I have achieved. I feel great! |
