RM Health Power Yoga creates a balance in your lifestyle. I offer one-on-one Power Yoga Personal Training and Group Power Yoga by the bay at Cronulla. This form of yoga combines the traditions of ancient teaching, with wisdom and philosophy and adapts it to modern living. I believe the real power in yoga lies in becoming present, so my teachings encompass a meditative flow which helps students to become more mindful in their practice and hopefully their lives.

Students are encouraged to flow through the postures at their own levels, to listen to their own bodies needs and work within there limitations.

RM Health Power Yoga, does not emphasize on depth and flexibility or strength and perfection in each posture but rather the internal and external stillness students can maintain.

Challenging our comfort zones, however, within the practice can be empowering and energizing to our lives.

RM Health Power Yoga encourages a surrender within each posture and an avoidance of having a negative mind set about the students own ability, by focusing on the breathe and not giving into voices of ego and self doubt. Working with the breathe in a conscious manner brings the mind's attention into the present, to the task at hand, a great skill to use in your daily life.

Through the physical and mental challenges you experience on your mat, from Power flow to meditation, you will find yourself letting go and gaining a sense of peace.
